Migraine Headaches
A new study, published in the journal Neurology, this past month, shows that the nutrient CoQ10 can help reduce the frequency of migraines in chronic sufferers. The study gave either 100 mg of CoQ10 three times per day or a placebo to participants. The results showed that the group receiving the CoQ10 experiences far fewer migraines during the test period as compared with the placebo group
